Who?
Dancing Skirmish, January 2008Braybrooke Morris dancingWe are a friendly group and most of us were beginners when we started. We were formed in 1989 and comprise both men and women. We concentrate mainly on dances from the Cotswolds, with dances from Lichfield and the Border traditions. Where is Braybrooke?
Braybrooke is about 2 miles from Market Harborough, just over the border into Northamptonshire through Little Bowden. It is famous for its old castle site, friendly pub and the River Jordan!
When?
We practice on Monday evenings, at Braybrooke Village Hall (except on the 2nd Monday of each month, when you will find us at the Guide Hut, behind Market Harborough Leisure Centre). For details of our public appearances, please see "Where to see us" on this site.
Can I join?
Join Braybrooke Morris!Yes! You are welcome to come along. Beards are not compulsory! For more details, please email us or telephone Pauline Dawes on 0116 240 2481. New members are always welcome and no experience is necessary. Or come to meet us when we are dancing out.
We are members of Open Morris.
