Building Control Services

You can submit Building Regulation applications online directly to Harborough District Council using Submit-a-Plan. You will however be required to register before you can use this free service. Please follow this link to access Submit-a-Plan www.submitaplan.com

Following submission of an application online, payment can be made using debit or credit cards by contacting 01858 821090 and quoting reference number produced by Submit-a-Plan. Alternatively cheques made payable to Harborough District Council may be posted along with a reference to submission of a Building Regulation Application.
